Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration.

• The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). 
• The seat of arbitration shall be Paris, France. 
• The language of the proceedings shall be French. 

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the lesser of:

• the amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim; or 
• €100. 

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of:

• your use of the Services; 
• your breach of these Legal Terms; 
• your violation of third-party rights. 

You are responsible for any data you transmit.

We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that they satisfy legal requirements.

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
